Arjan Watumall Sindhu Vidya Bhavan was established in 1973. It has been operating as a purpose-driven institution under the aegis of Sindhu Charitable Trust. Ever since its inception, AW Sindhu Vidya Bhavan School has worked relentlessly to nurture young minds to become academically strong, socially aware and responsible individuals.
The school is a self-financing institution whereby it funds its operational expenses from the fees collected from its students. Additionally, the school also receives grants from philanthropic and socially responsible individuals. While the school is recognised under the government’s Sarva Siksha Abhiyan program, it does not receive any financial grant from the government.
At AW Sindhu Vidya Bhavan School, the endeavour is to provide a holistic learning environment and a congenial atmosphere for growth and learning so as to bring out the best in each of its student. Special emphasis is given to inculcating morals and values which would stand the students in good stead throughout life.
The school’s management believes that every effort initiated in the classroom and every attempt to motivate a child in the playground act as building blocks for great careers. The management and staff thus strive persistently to go beyond the set standards to polish young minds that grow up to become happy, caring, generous yet empowered citizens.
