We have in-house Medical Doctor who serves the students during school hours and also other time. Medical checks up facilities for our students are conducted every year by our Doctor. In case of emergency students are immediately attended and necessary treatments are also given. This is a charitable lead by Dr.Nandini Pherwani BSC, MBBS (Grant Medical college Bombay) qualified & experienced Doctor for last 55 years and cater to whole community. In Sindh society she is Practicing since 1977 (46 Yrs) as a family Doctor for over several thousand families in neighbourhood, especially to poor community who have been treated with free medicines.
Integrated Education Centre
The centre was started in June’03 with the objectives. School for specially–privileged children Input age up to 16 years.
Children are admitted to I E C after going through their medical & psychological reports and the recommendation of the psychologists.
Individual training programmes are made for each child. The behavioural modification programme is chalked out to phase out problem behaviour. Students are assessed twice in a year. This is carried out a standardised and scientific tool based M R, developed at the National institute for the mentally Handicapped, Secunderabad.
The children are grouped according to their need and trained for many basic life skills. The teacher taught ratio is 1:8.Training aids are used to enhance the multi -sensory exposure through charts, toys, games computers etc. The pre- vocational training is given in cooking, chalk &popcorn making, preparation of Liquid soap, Greeting cards, Deewali diyas, Rakhees etc.

The centre started with 7 children in 0’3; has now grown to 50 students, three special educators and four volunteers. The School has recently extended the existing building and the extra space 116.53 sq. meters is available with effect from academic year 09-2010. With this expansion the School has transformed into a ‘ Special School’ having good facilities/for building furniture/ educational aid etc. providing excellent educational, recreational, vocational facilities to children with special needs to provide an opportunity to raise their self-esteem and make them useful members of the society.
